Thanks everyone for your nice comments.  Thanks also bagtart, that is it exactly.  You saved me heaps of fumbling around!  Grin.  I am a real numskull re bags, so if the zip looks good, its all thanks to the tutes.  Aren't people generous on the internet, this site being a prime example. I would never dare to do a lot of things before. Also, so much inspiration!

Oh greeneggsandham you are so right!!!! I am so grateful to all the generous people who have shared their talent on this site. As well as developing a passion for bag making from here ( I think I now suffer from OBD - obsessive bag disorder!!!!), I have had immense fun just reading and looking!!!

LMAO! I like your diagnosis! It is some sort of disorder, but mine is not confined to bags! Since reading craftster I have branched out to melting toy soldiers, cross-stitch, polymer clay, jewellery, and still lookin'. Once I was just a humble quilter... Now I am drowning in an avalanche of projects, WIPS, and yearnings! Roll Eyes

 Cheesy
Love that bag, that material is great!!! You have made a lovely job of the inside zip! Did you buy the fabric from Australia?  I think this one's great! Grin
I need more practice to make my bags look a bit more professional, but it's a case of sewing when I have time to spare. Whatever!! I enjoy sewing anyway.

Happy crafting  Wink

Yeah, I bought the floral in a great quilting shop in Foster NSW last year.  The stripe is a Kaffe Fassett, I think I got it through Hancock's. But these days I can't really afford to buy OS and pay for the shipping  Embarrassed. *sigh*. Luckily, I have a huge stash, and pretty good quilting shop in town.  I also get stuff from Spotlight when I am in Sydney or Tamworth.

You are Aussie too? I sometimes feel like a fish out of water on the good websites - a long way from Joanne's
