I am interested. However, I have never participated in a swap. Secondly, I am having difficulty figuring out who is organizing this since the first post is from Nov. 2008. Will a new discussion be started when the swap actually begins?

Hi CraftyDeJa!  This board is for new ideas for swaps.  Sometimes an idea takes a bit to catch on, and sometimes ideas come around again for another round.

In this swap, jennieingram will be organizing.  She will post the swap on the Craft Swaps board; it's the place where active swaps are put when they are in sign-up mode.  (You will also notice on the board places for ACTIVE SWAPS WHERE SIGN-UP PERIOD HAS CLOSED & ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED).  Further, I am sure she will post here as soon as sign-ups are open.

Also, before starting your first swap, you will want to check out Craftster Swap Info Guide.  And you can also check out Swap FAQ

If you have a question and after searching can't find an answer, post your question on Talk About the Swap Process.

Finally, be warned; swapping is very addictive!

Hi CraftyDeJa.  Ditto to everything Pinkleo said.  There was a round of this last year, and people didn't realize the thread was so old when they started posting responses again this year.  But no big deal.  I'm not going to start a new interest thread, since we know so many people are interested already.  I'll post signups later tonight.  :-)
