Hi again, I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas.

Meganlorraine I didn't realise Addicted2knitting was your mummy before this swap Smiley
I thought Islandprincess was going to send you leather? The bag is a great shape, did you make up the pattern?

That Meganlorraine is one talented girl.  *momma puts on her proud face*  It's all her fault that I am addicted to swapping!  If I'm not mistaken, that green IS leather.  I really think every mother needs a round bag like that, though, don't you SalutingMagpies?  Cheesy

SalutingMagpies-
I did make it up! Thanks so much for the compliment and yes, Mom is right the green is a textured leather. It was an interesting experience.

So Onto what I recieved...

I got this clutch from Island-Princess a couple days ago, so I needed to post picures of it... so here's we go. I sent here the stripe fabric, the rest is hers....

Lining-

Detail shot of the broach-

Thanks Island-Princess for the great purse and MareMare for the great organization!

Love the broach!  Nicely styled bag, IP!  It looks like it would make a great "grab" bag in a larger bag -- I am always carrying a larger bag and like to have a smaller bag to grab for shopping and whatnot!

That makes it even more impressive! I went back and looked at the photos and I still don't believe it's leather!
I agree A2K, in fact I think it would make a lovely mother's day present  Grin

The little stripey clutch is really cute, I love the fabric. Was that the last parcel?

Here's what I sent ColoradoDeb! Such awesome fabrics to work with!

Modified "Pleatness" bag, made it taller so it wasn't so boxy, I think it shows off the fabrics nicely.
