I love your beaded tree.  It is just like an Australian Norfolk Island Pine.  In my daydream I can see it with tiny lorikeets and rosellas sitting in it...

I thought as I was making it how lovely the individual branches were and how they would look as embellishments on picture frames, etc.  Add some tiny pine cones - very natural woodsy.  I don't think it is an idea just for Christmas.

Congrats on being selected as a best of 2008!  I'm so honored to have this beautiful tree living in my home.  It was proudly displayed in the living room for Christmas and is not living in my second bedroom because I don't think I want to store it away just yet.

Wow this is beautiful.  Any chance of getting an idea on where to get the pattern or instructions from?  I am a new beader and am not good with making things up on the spot.  I need a guide.
