I am only waiting on 3 blocks total, 2 from Southern Flower and 1 from EOCrafter! Wow, I had to go through all of them and count, I didn't realize I was so close to being done!

I have soooo much material left over too!

same here! not sure what I am going to do with all that left over material...maybe do a pieced border around? I just love how all my blocks look together! I can't wait to get them put together! I only have four blocks left for two quilts! thats amazing. I just love spreading it out on the floor and admiring while I arrange! Now we all need to figure out who will organize and when the next swap will be! Smiley I'm ready for more! Smiley

Oops, first time I missed the Monday update! I received all my blocks except from southern flower. Next, I'm gonna go shopping for the sashing fabric to start putting the quilt top together!

I got my block for 1b1g1k2 today.
I am missing John's but i think the mailman stole it. I still have to make my block and I am thinking of remaking the block John made because i really liked it. Which pattern did you use?

It makes me sad that the block is missing. If I was a mailman, I might steak John's work too! Tongue Kidding, of course...

Okay, you guys, sorry about the lost mail... I am a mailman, so lay off the PO.  HaHa, JK.  But I really am a mailman.  This must be why the new swap guidelines call for delivery comfirmation.

Actually Sandy, my mailman is great. The mailman that used to work on my boyfriend's block was so loved that when he retired, all the people in the neighboorhood threw him a huge party! In my experience when things go missing, it's almost always the people that sort the mail that are the problem. My boyfriend had a few things go missing, so the formentioned awesome mailman started an investigation and they ended up firing a bunch of people in the sorting center that were stealing gift cards and birthday money. Crazy!
Anyway, you're right. We shouldn't blame the mail carriers. With so many packages one or two is bound to get lost in the shuffle (sadly!)
