Here are some pictures I took today of a few of my fabric bundles.  Every packet is a bit different, but these should give a good idea of my selections ....

I set up my spreadsheets and so those are posted. I completely changed all my fabric so I'll get pictures of those by tonight, hopefully.

Ok, all my fabric is ready to go.
All ziploc bags have both my name and the recipients name on, so I know where the bag went and is coming back from.
Going to the post office as soon as I finish labeling the envelopes.

Ok, I'm ready for group 1 and just finishing cutting for group 2.  Will start my posting today, and finish up tomorrow (hopefully)!

Hey Quilt Dad, I love your fabrics!

Just a question, this is my first go-round.  Do we only post pics at the gallery and continue with chatter here?

Ok so, here we go, start your cutters...

Funny that you ask that.  When I was about to post my pics, I paused for a sec to consider where I should post them.  I decided that pics of my fabric were part of the chatter we've been having on this thread, so they fit best here.  I usually use my gallery as a place to post pics of final blocks that I'll be sending back out.  Subtle difference, I know ...

JQA- I love your fabric choices, you have great taste in fabric!

MareMare- is your polyblend that you got at the KK stretchy?  If it's not you can stick it in my package if you like.  I  think the main reason non-cottons were disqualified is because stretch materials can be a pain to work with in a quilt block.  I don't mind using the poly-blend if you want it in your quilt.  I really like the print, that's why I am hoping to work with it...

We are in the process of switching over to cloth diapers.  Would love some advice, hint, tips.   Will swap for diapers!

Wow, thanks so much!    Embarrassed

Yeah, go ahead and stick it in if you really like it.  As long as there is enough other fabrics to work with, then each person can decide individually if they want to brave it or not.

P.S. That's just my opinion ... I guess I can be overruled my a mod!

Until everyone reserves their gallery spot, we're chatting here. Once all of the galleries are posted, we can chat over there, too. That board is more about the blocks and admiring the work, where this board is more about sending/receiving, general questions, etc. Most people read them both so it doesn't really matter that much where you post Smiley
