Wow!!! Just had a chance to go through the last couple pages & everyone has received such beautiful things! The multi-coloured glass balls & the snow owl are awesome!

Also, just wanted to show off a bit!!! Cheesy Cheesy The tray that we stenciled for chrsdx:

...& a close-up on the ornaments we made so you all can see the tiny piece of X-mas cake hanging from a ribbon on the quilt ball! Smiley Smiley

I want to apologize to HippieKender for not posting pictures sooner. It was her first swap and she made beautiful ornaments and even sent them early. But now my new ornaments are proudly on my tree. On to the pictures!

This is a picture of the pretty boxes my goodies came in. They're surrounded by a set of much-needed coasters and chocolate that was quickly eaten by my family.

First is a fabric covered ball. I love the colors and the twine.

I can't believe the work that went into this ornament. I've always wanted to make one myself but have been too intimidated to try. Most of the beads are silver but the beads at the "intersections" are blue to match the glass ball. It doesn't show up in the picture.

I knew from stalking researching HippieKender that she's talented with polymer clay. This ornament is adorable.

And finally, my son's favorite one--the cutest felt animal. Moose or reindeer? We can't agree but we do agree that it's cute.  Smiley

Thank you, HippieKender, for the wonderful package. This was my second swap and I had great fun again. I hope you did, too. Thanks to Craftastrophe for organizing. I've enjoyed all the ornaments so far. It would be hard to pick a favorite.

Oohh yay!!  I'm so glad you liked everything Grin
The pattern for the felt ornament says Reindeer, but it can be a moose if you like Wink

I received from  bnyce126 yesterday.  Please excuse the pictures - my camera is still out of commission and I had to work on my scanner a bit.

Here are the ornaments in all their Christmasy and purple goodness:

And here is the additional loot that came with the ornaments.

Originally, there was also a bag of peppermints and chocolate kisses.  They are gone (and eating a peppermint and kiss at the same time is delicious!)

Thanks bnyce126.  I love it.

anywho, here's what mlheran sent me:

i told her i wanted something i could display all year 'round, so i got a beautiful bird, a day of the dead skull, and an elephant. these are so well made and clean looking. plus i got a wonderful stocking!!! it's lined with red satin. it's all so wonderful!!!
