Thanks for the compliments on the fingerless gloves! It was a really easy pattern--Toasty--but I like it so  much that I'm going to make a pair for myself soon!

I received the cutest package from girlosun_9 who claimed me for a tea cozy!

It's already been quite useful, as I often find myself making more cider than I can drink at at ime and it gets cold before I get to it!

I love the stitching alongside the gnome patch (there is also matching stitches across the back, too) and look at this great hand embroidered gnome!

Thank you so much, girlosun_9!

I'm so happy that you like it and it fits your teapot.  I had visions of it not fitting because although you sent me measurements, converting something from a flat/2d shape to something that is 3d and has to hold something within it doesn't always work for me (unless it is clothing  Wink )

I very much enjoyed making it and am thinking of making one for myself next.  Maybe my mother-in-law as well Smiley

I received the most darling drawing of my jack russell terrier, Haily, today from Carnabystreet.  We were starting to think it was lost and gone forever, but then today it showed up.  Look:

Carnabystreet worked from a photo of Haily in her dinosaur sweater (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=201186.msg2139428#msg2139428)

I think this portrait of her is perfect and I will treasure it always!  Thank you, Carnabystreet!  Terrier lovers unite!  Smiley

Kasie claimed me for a crocheted/knitted hat, and sent me this amazing hat! I love it. It's a mauve-y color with a black flower. It's been cold here, so it's getting a lot of use.

This is a very happy, and a very cozy-warm me wearing it.

And here's the flower.

Thanks for claiming me, Kasie!!

Love that bag! Great fabric choices, mimiw!
I have also rec'd a lovely tam from lapoli, but am not at home to upload the photos, which I sadly have left on my camera there... I promise I will get them up as soon as I get home from the holiday!

I also got news that musiclady rec'd the holiday cards that I made for her so here is a peek:

Yes!  I received from Banga the other day . . . too busy eating turkey yesterday to post!  I LOVE my beautiful cards, and they arrived just in time - I finished my Christmas letter the same day they came.   Grin

Here are all 8 cards:

and here is a close-up of Banga's beautiful work!

I can't decide which one I like more - I love dots and funky Christmas trees!

Thank you, Banga!!
