I love everything about this dress...except it's size and price!

I'm a curvy gal but I can make a pattern fit if anyone can help me locate one.

I bet you could modify a simple shirt pattern to make something like it.

You could take a basic buttoned shirt pattern with cap sleeves, like this one (http://www.burdastyle.com/patterns/show/1137) and add a collar and a gathered skirt.
