 :)Hi guys
i hope you like my Retro Radio dress... I have been holding on to this  "Radio" fabric for a while with the intention on making a dress... I recently "rediscovered" it in my stash and couldn't help myself but to pair it with what was left of my awesome zebra fabrics  Wink

please excuse my bra  Embarrassed  Shocked lol
and let me know what you think

i used zig zag top stitching to mimic the zigzaggy lines on the fabric

Grin and since the purple zebra has a slight stretch I didn't need to add a zipper  Grin

and the best part .. I used black lace for the underskirt .. and trimmed it with more white zebra ...the top is also line in the white zebra

thanks so much for looking , and as always i love hearing your openions

Have a great night
Jayne

Crafts make us feel rooted, give us a sense of belonging and connect us with our history.  Our ancestors used to create these crafts out of necessity, and now we do them for fun... to express ourselves.

Love it! Great lining, and I love the idea of using a stretchy back material so not needing a zipper. Great job!
