this fall my boyfriend and I decided to take some lessons to learn how to rock 'n roll, and we all know you dance best in All Stars. Only problem is, as the weather gets colder around here, so do my poor feet in in my old Chuck Taylors...

Then I found these Converse-like El Cheapo shoes, with pink fake-fur on the inside. They were red on the outside, so I decided to try and paint them black, cause that goes waaay better with pink!

this is how they came out:

and this is how they were:

what do you think? I'm pretty pleased with them, but maybe I 'll buy some more dye to cover up the red a little better in some areas.

Fantastic! =D I agree, pink and black make a wonderful combination. (I'm actually wearing a pink and black shirt right now.) These shoes look awesome.
I know someone who would tackle you for those shoes. x3 Hehe.

Awesome job! They look so reminiscent of some 80's Chucks I owned in 85' (when I was 13...lol)

hey, thanx y'all!

I tried them out this night, and they 're just as good for rock 'n rolling as my real Chucks  Grin (plus they kept my feet warm while walking outside)
