So I have always loved The Ramones, and have for most of this year, crafted Joey in many mediums.
So, continuing my hero worship, here is Joey in linocut.
The lino is 9 x 12, These are my first preliminary prints, I think I'm going to experiment with two-color printing with the same block and print them on larger size paper.

Even as a Ramones non-fan, I can say without reservation that this completely rocks.

I'm living/working in Yosemite Nat'l Park til further notice! Blogging about it here. No swapping for me, and minimal crafting time, for the coming months. Almost done with library school! That sums things up for now.

I love the Ramones, and I love this!  I'd love a print of that hanging on my wall or (even more) on the side of a tote bag.  I'll have to stalk your posts to see what else you've' done.

I wanted a Ramones song for the first dance at our wedding (Baby I Love You) but my husband said no way  Angry

That is so neat! I would love a print of that hanging on my wall. Keep us posted if you ever plan on selling prints.

Great graphic design! Especially the 'halo' and border. This print looks great in black on white.
