I tested the snowflake scarf minus the blue background scarf for youcanmakethis.com, then to make it more functional, I crocheted a scarf with Lionbrand Homespun yarn and a strand of light blue worsted weight yarn.  I attached the snowflakes by sewing beads onto each point.  It's really long and really really warm!
