Everything together

Fuzzy fingerless gloves (reallllllly soft)

Close up of the hat and the fabric (she likes Asian themes and this was perfect)

I'll post again with the loot I got from Scotskipper! It was a pleasure to craft with you, lady!

What kind of yarn did you use for (MY!MY!MY!) fingerless mitts, avari? They fit like gloves Grin and they're so soft and pretty.

I love the scoodie! It's really cute!

I received my package from mimiw yesterday and I've been completely spoiled! I can't believe what she was able to make in a week's time!

First, she sent me a pair of really thick and warm mittens--they're different on each side and I've been having fun deciding on which side to wear out each time I walk the dog. Smiley  They fit perfectly and they're very, very warm!

She also sent me a long, reversible scarf.  The inside is flannel and has pockets on either side of the scarf--one side is zippered and the other is open (perfect for pens, phone, etc).  I am completely jealous of your sewing skills, Mimi, as the patchwork is perfect and I love all the fabrics together!  Absolutely gorgeous and I may be wearing it all winter.. inside AND out!

Close-up of some of the fabric:

I love it!

And because that wasn't somehow enough (?? Smiley), she also sent me a handmade business card/credit card holder that she tucked into the zippered pocket in the scarf!  She also sent along some mulling spices (because I've been craving mulled wine) and some Candy Cane Cocoa which will probably be used early this afternoon.

Thank you so much, Mimiw, for spoiling me! I've got serious swap anxiety now!
Thank you

I received an amazing package from lapoli today  Smiley

She is seriously a knitting goddess - I am totally in awe!  She totally spoiled me because this in no way qualifies as a medium item...
Look at these incredible mittens:

I can't believe she was able to get these done in less than a week  Shocked  They are absolutely perfectly made and the color is fantastic!  I will have to get an action shot on Sunday at the Redskins game - I can't wait to wear them!

She also sent some yummy peppermint hand soap with sparkles and some chocolate that I have already opened  Smiley

Thanks so much lapoli for being a great partner - you are the best  Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss

I actually don't know Smiley It was part of a gigantic stash I bought at Goodwill (20+ skeins for $9!) and it didn't have a label with it. There was part of a sweater in the bunch made from it, so I figured it was the softest I could go with!

I recieved from Scotskipper402 but I forgot to post pictures! I was too excited!

Here's most of what I got minus a red Riding Hood shawl that matched the hat. My sister stole it! I did fight for it, Scotskipper, I really did Smiley Her powers of persuasion plus her pout are too powerful to resist.

Here's a close up of my hat and fantastic Serenity-like earrings. It hasn't gotten quite cold enough to wear the hat, but it's coming.

I've already put my needlework book to good use--I'm embroidering one of the designs on a pillow as a Christmas present. Thank you so much, Scotskipper402, you really spoiled me!
