I finally finished the choker that i started back before christmas.  in truth, it started out to be a bracelet, but i thought it would make a gorgeous choker.

i wound up having to make 4 trips to the bead store on this one, kept thinking that i HAD to have enough beads, but it never quite worked out that way.

i was feeling energetic yesterday and also put together this quick bracelet, shown with the choker.

thanks for looking   Grin

I'll try my best...

You start with a 3 hole end piece (I had to go to a specialty store to find this, Michael's didn't have them).
Cut 4 wires - 12 inches or so for a bracelet, i just cut really long for a choker.
Connect 1 wire to each of the outside holes on the end piece, and 2 to the middle one.  Your wires are lined up 1 23 4.
put a bead on wires 1 and 4 and on 2&3 together.
Take wire 1 and wire 2 and stick them into the same bead going in opposite directions.  Do the same for wires 3 & 4.
now, the wires should sort of be lined out 2 14 3, put on 3 beads like the first row.
keep repeating this process.

I've made a quick illustration in paint, but i don't know if it will help.

i think this is called a double ladder stitch, but i'm not positive.
