So I saw a costume of Yoda in a store and was totally "I can do that" (when, no I really couldn't). Despite that, this is the first outfit I've sewn myself, so I'm proud of it.

The robe is just broadcloth that I sewed as a robe, then added a hood and made a brown belt. The ears are just a wrap around headband and layers of material sewn together to flop over the little guy's ears. The light saber is store bought.

Unfortunately, my model doesn't stand still. So here are some action shots. The ones where he does not have the light saber, well, he's working up a temper tantrum. He really likes his light saber.

It just looks like a regular person got shrunk down to a baby...One question...how long did the ears stay put? Even I would rip those off pretty quick Smiley

I thought he wouldn't last long in the ears either, he hates wearing any kind of hat is always rips it off. But he was actually ok with the ears. However, I made the band a bit too loose so it did come off pretty easily once he started wiggling/crawling/walking/temper-tantruming.
