The altered tins are just sooo awesome, and I think I need to try to make ornaments with my pinecones.  They would look great on my tree.

I just have to say, I'm not even in this swap, but I am absolutely in love with the two altoid tin ornaments made so far. It annoys me that I haven't thought of it in the first place.

Great job guys! I'm loving the ornaments and all the ideas.  Grin

I received from fatewineroses this afternoon, and let me just tell you that you guys are going to be stinkin' jealous when you see what she made me.

I'll post pictures tomorrow-- I have a big picture taking extravaganza happening then.

Cool!  I made the Best of 2009 twice!   Check 'em out!

Oh, my! I received today from fatewineroses and WOW!!  Shocked I am so excited. She made me a beautiful trivet...its almost too pretty to use! Here's a picture of it:

And then, oh...the ornament. She made a charming little felt house with so much detail its unbelievable! My husband was impressed too with all the detail of it. I keep looking at it over and over again...I love it! Here are a lot of pictures, because just one or two would not do it justice. And there is a little dog on the back!! Thanks so much fatewineroses...I love it all! I have already hung the ornament prominently on my tree and the trivet is hanging in my kitchen! Thanks so much fatewineroses for a great first swap. Can't wait to do another!

That little house is beautiful!  So much detail.  I love it.

The trivet is very decorative and I love that little house. It's amazing how much detail you worked into something so small. Nicely done!

I love the little house. I wanted to make something very similar but my sewing skills weren't up to it.
