I received from ladybugger today!


A reversible tote bag made from material she got while living in Malawi. Beautiful! And I needed one, since I'd just given away the last one I made. I'll be using it to carry music to my lessons.


These are coasters/hot pads which she stamped with a potato stamp. Clever, eh?! The backing material is from a dress.

I sent my package to DV the other day and she asked me to go ahead and post pictures because she couldnt find her camera...

DV is always losing her crochet hooks, so I made her a little rolly caddy to keep them all in.  She loves polka dots and pink/black/white is one of her favorite color combos, so I threw in pink thread with this transformed pillowcase...



Apron I made for her...

A super snuggly scarf with pockets based on the attached instructable...



As we both share a deep love for Project Runway, I made her a Tim Gunn Cube-e-craft since there was no way I could made the jokingly requested bobble head out of things I already owned...



I loved making all this fun stuff and it was certainly a huge struggle to make things without buying everything because I wanted to keep adding stuff to it.  But I loved the challenge.

Ok, here goes!
Each item was wrapped separately & it was so much fun to open everything up!
First, a bag that took my breath away:

The work in this is truly amazing!  (sorry the pic doesn't do it justice)
Next, another bag (can you tell I love bags?):

Thirdly, a great swap organizer notebook....it will help keep my
swaps straight as well as serve as a record over time of all
of the fun swaps I've been in!

and lastly,
a great card-making kit!

I just opened up my box (it must have weight 10 pounds) from photochickkds.  I said I wanted to learn how to make scrapbooking and card stuff and man did I get a ton of stuff.  My entire queen size bed is covered in it and I even put stuff in piles I got soo much.  Now I have some severe swap anxiety and must make sure what I send out is perfect for her!!
