I just need to know if it is only me (hopefully not), but I can't seem to be happy with not buying embroidery supplies for more than 2 weeks (more or less).
Even if it is only a pack of needles or one skein of floss... but it gives such a good feeling getting embroidery supplies... be it thrifted, store bought or as a gift (which has not happen yet  Cry ... )
Anyways... are there any other stitchers joining this Rehab !
To be honest... I don't think I want to leave this fascination ... Tongue !

Yeah I'm kinda like that too, especially since, thankfully, embroidery supplies are relatively cheap.  Usually when I get an e-mail coupon from Hobby Lobby or JoAnn's, I'll head out and buy some fabric or Aunt Martha tea towels and then pick up a few skeins of floss.

For me, it's not so much that I have to buy supplies, I just need to have a project to work on and other projects in the back of my mind that I can do next.

I'm like bookwormbethie. I just constantly have more project ideas in mind even while I'm working on something else, so it's hard not to buy things. I regularly visit JoAnn's and can't help swinging by the embroidery section to take a look, even if there's nothing I need. I'm pretty sure you're not alone! Smiley

My hubby was helping me organize my craft stuff a few weeks ago (the storage now reaches the ceiling...yikes!) and was cracking up at all the embroidery floss I have hidden everywhere. He seems to think I have more than enough to last me, but I tried to explain that not only do I need to have floss, I need to have floss that is the exact right color!  Cheesy

I'm not an addict, I'm an artist! (Or at least I want to believe that!)
