Very Hungry Caterpillar and the Resulting Butterfly!

My boys love Eric Carle's book The Very Hungry Caterpillar - so this year I decided to make them costumes from the book.  Our eldest son, who is six, has Autism, and sometimes he's not a big fan of dressing up, but this year he loved his costume, and had a great Hallowe'en.  Our second little boy was very happy to flap his butterfly wings!  Here we go!

I feel so dumb.  I can't seem to figure this out!!  The pictures are posted in my picture hosting, arrrrgh.
I finally broke down and contacted craftster - hopefully I can make this work!

I loved that book as a kid!

The costumes came out great! The butterfly looks so warm and cozy!

These are absolutely adorable. I live very close to the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art and your hungry caterpillar costume is so spot on it makes me want to visit the museum this afternoon! Great work!

This costume is just great! My mother would love it to, she is obsessed with the book 

I can understand why your son loves to flap his butterflywings out  I would have loved it do (and I still love the do)

*But I think that the Dutch title of the book is nicer. "Little caterpillar never enough"  *
