Thanks everyone! I went and got some leather and denim needles so I can fix the top stitching *cross your fingers!*

I'll have to measure out how much of that fabric I have left. I started with 2 yards I think and if i have a good sized cut I'll sell it to one of you guys on here if you want. Just for my cost + shipping if anyone wants it just message me.

This is such a great idea!  And I think you did a terrific job...  even though you broke 5 needles...  WOW! LOL!  The other ladies are right...  next time try to change the needle depending on the fabric your working on. Wink  It's still looks awesome...  great job! Smiley

I am extremely jealous that you have this fabric, I have been to Ikea 3 times in the past 4 months looking for it (which is a big deal because I am 2 hours away) and they are always sold out.

I have also been looking for this fabric for at least 3 months now! I even call them now and then but they NEVER have stock!  Embarrassed

One of the employees told me last time that they only reorder when they are sold out of the entire collection, which usually consists of 6 fabrics I think. So it takes a long time for them to get new stuff in.

Thanks everyone! I went and got some leather and denim needles so I can fix the top stitching *cross your fingers!*

Good luck with your new needles! And check your PMs  Smiley

I loveee them!
The fabric was a great choice.
And I love the diaper bag so much. My sisters best friend just had a baby last week, so I might have to make her one of these.
And i love the side pocket on the bag, genius.
Great job on everything.

I love the fabrics you used -- I like the bright colors contrasting with the dark.  Great bag design, too!

I am loving how you made the bag. I am going to have to try a bag with pleats the way you did it. I would have never thought of that!

Thanks everyone! I looooovvveee the diaper zippered pouch. I carry it with me all the time and it's sooo nice to have the diapers and wipes (I have 2 in diapers) in a handy bag I can leave with the nursery people at church and can easily swap it out of one bag to another so I'm not constantly having to carry the same bag, It also keeps them clean and neat and for those of you that have tried to use a diaper bag and it's pouches for their intended purposes know that they never stay in there the right way and get all bunched up.

I have a few different fabrics and went and bought the right needles so I might try my hand at making a blue set next!
