i posted pictures of this in progress but here it is in action!

(my friend cj, who i didint expect to be there, showed up as an AMAZING Prince. He came up to me in the club and just stood and took off his glasses and looked me up and down and i just said nothing and went up and kissed him and sooooooo many flashes went off! it was a paparazzi moment. hehe. )

I DID NOT MAKE THE PRINCE COSTUME. shame.

thanks craftsters for the advice on how to finish the costume!
for it i made:
-the wig (sewn together out of a few wigs and cut and styled)
-silver tights
- silver shirt with shoulder pads
- sleeves
- covered boots with red glitter

Fantastic!  Great work and so fun that you ran into your friend; you guys are like the Androgynous Pop Star Club or something!

Wow! I love it, especially the collar/shoulders! Did you have to use double sided tape to keep the shirt in place?

I don't know how she did it, but there is a special kind of sticky stuff (spirit gum?) just for keeping your clothes in place like that.

AWESOME costume!!
