Are the 3points extras that go in the mug or extras besides what's in the mug?

Hope that question makes sense Smiley
I think I understand. Smiley
We are going to stuff a mug full of goodies (until the mug is full), then if you want to make extras (stuff outside of the mug) you can make up to 3 points of it.

this sounds cool! should be really fun, count me in! never done a fill-a-mug swap before, this would be great  Cheesy so.. you can fill a mug. then anything extra that wont fit - can be upto 3pts?  Wink thats how i understand it anyhow.  Roll Eyes

It should be international, its not like a swap this size will be expensive to post. And if its not, we 'outside of America' people will just have to have our own "fill a mug swap"  Tongue so there lmao

I think making it international would be fine! I don't see any reason why not.
Some new info:
I'm planning on having only 24 people in this swap (Because it's my first time organizing), but I would love a co-organizer if anyone's interested.
