So me and my boo were Matilda and Leon this year. Now, I must admit, the amount of crafting in this is minimal. I made the choker and reconstructed the shorts from a pair of pants for my half of the costume...not very hard. For his half I reconstructed his hat from a thrift store hat, and I made the Styrofoam guns from somewhat gun shaped pieces of Styrofoam I found in the woods. Yes I am serious; I found gun shaped Styrofoam in the woods. Creepy.
Also I cut my own hair, and that is kinda like crafting I guess.

I also want to note that he does have suspenders on.

I love this movie! Great costume!

Creepy that you found gun-shaped foam.  Huh What the-?! Hahaha!
