Good morning.

I just looked at the time on my computer, and realized it is an hour earlier than I thought it was (daylight savings). Clocks need to be changed after I have coffee... Smiley

Hopefully I can get my new craft pics done today.

I have two cases---cases---of butternut and acorn squash to cook, mash and freeze this weekend. I started on them yesterday. The farmers from our market (a block away) bring me heaps of produce on the last day every year. I buy from them all the time, and they are always giving us extra veggies and melons. So when they decided they'd have enough of setting up their stand for the year, they came to my door with all of their squashes. A few days ago, a giant pumpkin appeared on our porch on time for halloween. We love our farmer guys! Smiley

Anybody got some good squash recipes? I make butternut pie and winter squash bread quite a bit. Looking for more ideas. My house smells a bit like thanksgiving already, with all the baking squash with butter, brown sugar and a dash of maple syrup.

About being 20---I was soooo not responsible or grown up at that age...bring on the WW conversations! Grin

At least we gain an hour this time.  It always took me awhile to get used to time change in the spring.

Phizzy, that advent calendar is awesome!  Love it!   Smiley

Twenty... That was a college year... and boot camp!

PW - I'm working on your sign. I went for the ransom note letters and brown paper bag. I just put on a 2nd coat of mod podge - I'll take a picture when it dries - if you like it go ahead and claim it!!!

Family breakfasts should be illegal (at least until after the first pot of espresso).

I forgot about Daylight Savings Time as well. The funny part is that my clock automatically reset itself last weekend, almost making me late for work, and didn't reset itself this weekend, almost making me early for work.

The good part is, I woke up to all my swap packages on the couch (I forgot to check the mail last night, but the boyfriend brought it all in after I went to bed) and I didn't think I was going to have time to open them. Now I love them all! Thanks, everyone!

Our alarm system time reset itself last weekend too the_bees_knees, it's because they moved daylight saving time back a week, ugh.
Hooray for a whole couch of swap packages!

I just added a whole bunch of new toddler shorts and skirts to my shop, sizes 12 mos - 4T.
I still have to add the onesie&short/skirt sets, but hopefully I will get that done by the end of the day.

Haha!  That's awesome!  We have a problem with solicitors in our neighborhood too... at least twice a week someone knocks on the door (it doesn't help that we live less than a mile from a Kingdom Hall).
