Oh I love everything!  The button reindeer, and the red-nosed t-rex are fantastic!  I am officially jealous that I wasn't able to join!

I received my package from serendipity_sarah today and I love it! She knows me so well. Check out my goodies!

First, the can. I love kitschy 50s-esque decorations! This is going on my bookshelf:

The next thing I saw was this adorable crocheted mouse! It's so nicely made.  Smiley

Then, these beautiful earrings (I believe she hand-made the roses--wow) and vintage brooch! The brooch resembles one my husband got me a few years ago from Target but has since fallen apart, so it's extra special.

Then, this super-cool button wreath ornament and bunch of icicle ornaments made out of those cool pronged beads and earring hooks. This is such a neat idea!

Check out these two hand-sewn beaded felt ornaments. These are seriously heirloom-worthy. I'm amazed at how detailed they are! The gingerbread house has some sequins and the year embroidered on the back, and it smells like gingerbread.  Grin

And finally, some super-fun extras: a vintage apron pattern, lip gloss, Pop Rocks, Ring Pop, cocoa, candy canes, bag of candy cane kisses, and gingerbread-scented filler beads.

Thanks so much, serendipity_sarah, for your effort and thoughtfulness!  Kiss

I'm so glad you're happy with everything, Mandy! Smiley
I found the pattern for the mouse on this website:  http://www.sarahanns.com/crochetworks/animals.html
(Just in case you wanted to make him some friends...) Wink
There are also a bunch of cute vintagey crochet Christmas ornament patterns on the site.
I made the roses out of Fimo polymer clay.  I'm really glad you like the icicle ornaments.  They seemed like a cute idea when I was making them, but then I started to worry that maybe they weren't.  I was picturing you opening the can thinking, "Why did she send me all these weird earrings!" Cheesy

I hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving!

I must say, they would make very weird and possibly dangerous earrings, but they're perfect as ornaments.  Grin I do love everything! Thank you again, and happy Thanksgiving to you too!
