OMG these are gorgeous? How in the world did you learn to make these so well..books, practice? Any tips
Also, whats the like tasting difference between fondant and regular cake frosting? Roll Eyes

I used a book for these two. It was one of Debbie Browns books. I think its called Enchanted Fairy Tales or something like that. Her instructions make things super easy.

I am not a big fan of the fondant I do want to try the marsh mallow fondant though. Ive heard it tastes better but I have not got around to it. Usually I only use the fondant for the look not taste. I just peel it off when eating the cake.
