Hopefully Ruby will get here soon, I was hoping she might be here for the weekend so she could come Christmas shopping but I think that was a bit optimistic!

Hopefully Ruby will get here soon, I was hoping she might be here for the weekend so she could come Christmas shopping but I think that was a bit optimistic!

According to tracking she left the US yesterday but I don't think she'll make to London by today. Sad Probably Wednesday.

Also does anyone else think the Gnome book is about David the Gnome?Huh? Some of the pictures looks just like the cartoon. Hmmm maybe it's just me

The book is by the Dutch artist Rien Poortvliet; the cartoon is loosely based on the book.

ok, I have nothing to do wtih this swap, but I have the book in english!!!  I got it when I was a kid and it was my most favorite book ever! Especially since I grew up believing in gnomes and fairies and such! I'm sooo glad these books are still out there and ppl are enjoying them!
