Yay! I just received a FANTASTIC package from my swap partner, Spotnik!  Here's the pictures.
The whole package:

Robot Tote: (the three robot laws from Asimov's robot series)

and a cute little robot on the other side:

Squishy Stuffy "for throwing at people when they interrupt your reading"

Amazing Crochet Sandworm and "melange" (from Dune)

Closeup of the sandworm mouth:

Towel that says "Don't Panic" (From Hitchhiker's Guide, of course. Now I can always have my towel with me!)

Bookmarks (crocheted rainbow bookmark, book thong, ribbon bookmark, and bent wire bookmark):

And I had to take a picture of the pretty papers the bookmarks were wrapped in:

She also gave me a lovely journal to keep track of book recommendations (which I've been desperately needing, thanks!)

Thanks so much Spotnik for such a lovely package! Smiley You've been a wonderful swap angel!

Awesome package, spotnik! I love the sandworm - the mouth looks so cool! And your robot tote is really cute!

I need a reading interruption squishy!

SQUEAL! Oh my god, I want the sandworm!

I had a plastic sandworm as a kid. I loved him.

'Who are YOU?' said the caterpillar.

'I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.'

Where did I put my pliers this time???

Thanks gang! I had so much fun crafting for dancecrafter - she made it easy.  Smiley

The sandworm was great fun to make - I just made it up as I went along.  My husband kept making off-color remarks about it, but I just ignored him and kept crocheting.   Cheesy

Looking at that tote - I have REALLY got to start practicing my fabric paint letters!!   Shocked  Still, I am so glad you like everything, dancecrafter.

The sandworm is awesome!  But the "don't panic" towel really tickles my fancy...  A great package!
