actually, oogie is burlap in normal light, he only glows under black lights..green wouldnt have looked like the real oogie

BUT some glow in the dark paint to make him glow like oogie would have been alot of fun, in a really thin layer, so it wouldnt change his color

i need to find burlap to make an oogie doll, im gonna do the glow paint on that one
