I'm glad you like everything.  Those towels took about a week and a half of non stop working, its the first time I did embroidery.  I used my old audubon calendar for the picture and the marble magnets.  My fiance wanted to keep the painting, I was worried it was too weird and that you wouldn't like it.  The slippers aren't really bird related but I figured you would like them.

If that was your first go at embroidery, you are a natural! Smiley

Not true! You did embroidery in the 3rd grade, remember?  Grin  Wink

The towels turned out great!

I have received from Clairol5. The package is great! A perfect combination of wisted and surprises!
Without further ado...Here are the pics!

The loot just out of the wrappings.

Clear view of all the items. Note the fantastic finger smudge on the right edge.

My wist. A scarf! I love it. I complained to her that all the scarves I have are too narrow and no matter what
my small part of the neck always stays exposed. Not with this baby. It is sooo soft too.

Nice tags! Probably frame them to remind me of London. The birds are cut from tube maps...

A necklace! I just KNOW I will be getting tons of compliments for this one. Superstylish!

A crocheted ornament! It's so cute in it's chubbiness. A chubby birdie!

Thanks Clairol5! Thanks for everyone for a great swap! And special thanks to our organizer Sera!

Oooo that arrived quick! I'm glad you liked everything. It was really fun crafting for you, especially because that scarf inspired me to start a knitting class - I'm about to have my third meeting! Here are a couple more photos of the scarf and the necklace before they got all muddled in the post:

The scarf sort of slides into itself through a slot:

I'm looking forward to receiving my package now!!
