My husband and I are just looking at buying out first house - the one we are looking at at the moment (but not 100% sure about) would need totally redecorating and we would start from a totally blank slate.
Are there any websites or books out there which would help us with ideas to decorate and entire three bedroom house?

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but apartmenttherapy.co m is always fun to look at for ideas.

I recently came across this site: http://www.designspongeonline.com

There's a lot of crafty/DIY stuff, and most of it is related to home decor in some way or another.
