I'll probably be sewing up to the 31st...
But I finished the goggles!
I had an old woven leather belt that was falling apart, and I took the little strips of leather and hot glued them around my roommates old Chem lab saftey goggles, added a peacock feather, linen strap and a random squished penny just because I like to look of copper.
My original costume concept was just "steampunk" but I figured I needed to spin it some way so I don't have to explain what steampunk is all night long.
Do you think the goggles look more aviator, mad scientist or time traveler?
I'll have a pocketwatch.. and may obtain some beakers, and I have a wing-necklace... So it could go any way.

Maybe I'll do it all and tell everyone something different...
