Hi Guys! I am still in my first swap, but I have an idea that I think is pretty good (or maybe not... lol)

I have A BUNCH of fabric scraps, yarn ends, and just random craft supplies that I don't want to throw away, and I'm sure that other people do too.
So, how about, rather then just letting them sit there, we do a "stash-buster" swap, where one person crafts objects for another person (based on likes/dislikes, desired colors, etc.) ENTIRELY from your stash!! Like a swap specifically designed to reduce the amount of random craft supplies.

That way, you have an excuse to go get MORE craft supplies, and you also get something cool and creative that you can actually use! Cheesy

Is this a good idea? Or maybe there is already a swap like this?

Tell me what you think. Smiley

That sounds like the "Buy Nothing Swap" http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=275249.0 where you use only what you have to make your swap package. I know your still in your first swap, but this ones a round 3 so maybe they will do a round four too. Smiley
