Whoa. I love this stuff.... Banana Ice Cream (vegan too!)

Okay so I found the BEST recipe...
It is healthy, vegan, low sugar, easy, and OH SO GOOD!!!

Yer like, yeah right. I am not vegan, and I LOVE it.

Banana Ice Cream

Peel two overly ripe bananas and freeze (a great thing to do with the ones that turn black)
When frozen, (after a few hours or overnight), cut into slices and put them in a blender.
Add 1/4 cup lite coconut milk (found in the asian cooking section of the grocery store)
Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

Blend.

Eat!!!! This is seriously SO good.
You could also use milk or cream or yogurt iin place of the coconut milk, but then it wouldn't be vegan would it?

I'v made something similar to your recipe.  Whenever i want something ice cream like with out all the nastiness from dairy and calories etc, i just freeze banana slices, then whenever i want i throw some in the blender with a little water and blend.  Presto!, banana yumminess.  it taste great and satisfies my sweet tooth.
