Hey kids!
I'm doing a project in my information design class on city guides (ie, maps and information blah blah) on a specific topic (like restaurants, or bars)

so i chose thrift stores! weeee!
i'm making a little guide which i'm thinking i may make into a zine or something, but really, i feel it'll give away all the secret good places. but maybe that's a good thing?!
anyways, here's a spread, what do you guys think? i'm so proud of it!

That's really cool! It's hard to remember where everything is in the city. (I live an hour out of the city) I might have to check out a couple of those places. The image itself looks really great too. I like it. Good job!

My mom used to call Value Village the VV Boutique too.  Tongue

awesome idea!!  Cheesy it's great to have them all there in one place. I always go to the Goodwill by Whyte Av and the Bonnie Doon Value Village but i'd like to find out some kookier places as well.  Did you put Orbit on the list?

no i didn't - have robes and relics, though. that's a good place if you don't feel like digging through TONNES of crap...

edmonton folks should put together a best of...becuase i'm sure there's stuff i missed out on (and i'm a thrift shop queen. no joke!)
