I made a tiny tutu for my 1 month old for Halloween, and was glad that it wasn't bigger. You have to have the patience of a saint to sew that much tulle!
And without being mean...I have to say that it looks a bit like a bottle brush on its own!

I'm sorry if this is pessimistic, I really don't mean it to be, but how are you going to sit in a car in that? My daughter was a ballerina last year in a poofy tutu and we had to take it off her every time we got into the car. It became a PITA after awhile. Undecided
