Each person can swap with up to three people (first-time swappers may only swap with one other person).

Send 10 different 10-yard balls (or butterflies or however you prefer to neatly wind your wads) of worsted acrylic yarn to each of your partners, and youll get 10 back from each of your partners!

Please send on time! You can get these balls wound up way ahead of time and send as soon as you get your partner!

And, what can you do with all of these little odd balls of yarn?

Scrap Afgahans! A bunch of examples here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=113390.0
Granny's Daughters! This site has a link to directions for how to make them, and an example of an afghan made with them: http://www.paulascharity.com/Home/index.html  And, here is a link for how to join them all together: http://www.quilt.com/Crochet/GrannysDaughter/AssembleMotifs.html
Finger Puppets! There are some adorable ones here, along with a tutorial. Not much yarn needed, either! http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=250419.0
Amigurumi! There are so many wonderful examples on Craftster, I can't pick just one. But, if you search Amigurumi, you'll find tons of examples!
Crocheted Flowers! Here's a lovely post for sakura flowers: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=178180.0 And another: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=185127.0  Here's a different style of flower on this headband: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=160533.0 And here is a lovely daffodil: http://crochetme.com/patterns/daffodils-spring
Rapunzel scarves! A couple of fabulous ones made out of mostly worsted weight yarn and they are really beautiful: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=275205.0 (Thanks for the link, myklia!)

I'll post some links as I find them, and I'll add any other suggestions to the list!

Yay! And, since I'm feeling rather brain dead right now, I might actually start winding up some little balls of yarn Wink

I just have to figure out my "winding math." If 1 yard is 3 feet, then 10 yards is 30 feet. So, if I cut a piece of cardboard that is 1 foot long, then I will get 2 feet per "wrap," so 15 wraps (with maybe an extra wrap for wiggle room) should be just what I need. Then, I just need to wind it up into a cute little ball Wink

It is in the info, you send 10 yards aka 30 feet of 10 different yarns to each partner you have (or one partner if you chose one).  I'm really looking forward to seeing what we all send each other.  I might get started this weekend as well.
