I made this little outfit for my 3 year old son. He picked the fabric out. So I bought three yards. It was 50% off the red tag price. What a deal. It's all knit so it's very comfy. He loves it. He'll probally live in it till I make something else with the rest of fabric. Any ideas girls? Oh, and I did use a pattern, McCall's M4643. I changed the top a little.

It's BIG. At least he'll get to wear it for a while.

I just left the ends surged. I thought it looked kinda neat that way. I also was in a hurry.

A close up of the fabric.

Kinda weird... my son got commercially made jammies from a consignment sale in the exact same lizard print. I love them... yours and ours! Kinda partial to yours, though...

Thanks girls. I would love to have an outfit like this too. Maybe someday when I'm done sewing for all my children.
