I'm not getting a picture of my drop spindle this week I guess.  I worked until 7pm and didn't get home until 8pm blahblahblahblahblahblah....

I love,
Jazzturtle:

Caramel Berry Swirl
Atomic Explosion
and the blue/yellow/gold one

ignorantamoeba:
That first yarn, I love the colorway

zombiecazz:
What beautiful colors

nicolassa:
Euterpe

All the yarns are great, even if I didn't mention them though.

All these yarns are gorgeous!  I especially love Jazzturtle's corespun with mohair locks.

I just got my first wheel (for free!) and I hope to have picture posting privileges by next Fiber Friday!  Can't wait to share my lumpy bumpy noob yarns!

lol you totally should name your first skein off the wheel "noob yarn"
Man, I can't believe you inherited a free wheel!  Shocked

No yarns from me this time. I've been helping to lead at a kids camp last week.
But I've hired a drum carder for the week, and a wheel with a jumbo flier.
Bring on the art yarn!

Oh, and I just adore Euterpe
The colours are stunning

Oh man, that is a perfect name for my wonky first skein.  And yeah, I was seriously in the right place at the right time.

I finally got "proper" pictures of this skein I finished last week.  It's superbulky, with interspersed beads.  Plying took out a lot of the twist, so it's quite fluffy.  Anyway, I say these are proper pictures, because my niddy noddy wraps to about 50" (it's designed to be extra portable!) and due to the bulkiness of this yarn, the skein just looked like a lump.  So, I rewound it around the long edge of my coffee table, and now it looks proper.  Without further ado, Triple Berry Bonanza!

EDIT: :O  I never shared my first corespun in a Fiber Friday?!  Well!  Here it is!  I call it "Truffles" (because I couldn't think of anything better).

I am loving all the yarns posted here on Fiber Fridays!  It makes me want to spin my own yarn.  I crochet and I'm working on re-learning how to knit.  I just wanted to let everyone know that your work is appreciated by an outsider that doesn't spin!  Great job!

Your Triple Berry Bonanza is TO DIE FOR! Although I don't think i'll be trying interspersed beads in my first yarn spinning.  Tongue All these yarns are absolutely gorgeous, and just make me want to spin even more than I already want to. But since Its my first wheel I want to make an informed decision. I tend to over think purchases like this. Very exciting though.

Can't wait for this Friday. I'm such a covet-er of yarn. >.<
