Hey Hey. I've just purchased some FLYT Magizine files, a package of five.

Well, as you can see, they are pretty dull. So, do you have any ideas on how to dress them up, besides decoupage, which is my last resort. Thanks so much! (also, examples or pictures would make my life SOOOO easier!)
Thanks! Meaghan

Cover them with contact paper,  wall paper border,  or stickers to match you decor

Sponge paint them (spange, comb any fancy paint tecnicque)

Stencil on the spines what is in there:  Rolling Stone, craft mags, Como
Or stencil weird thigs that aren't in there: eye of gnut, bats wings, blood samples, PORN  Roll Eyes
Glue fake jewles, strinings of beads, charms, buttons what ever you have...
make pom poms & glue to the spines

Ok... I'm done rambling for now

you could always cover them with fabric that matches your color scheme, like leftover fabric from the curtains...etc.

you could also cover them with comic strips, or newspaper then seal them off with clear varnish that works on paper.

Haha, that is SUCH a good idea.  I am going to so do that with my beauty mags - "Hustler", "Penthouse", "Perfect 10", "Random Tittie Mags"  Hahah, that's awesome.
