The apples look great, especially the ones with nuts on them! It actually just gave me the idea that I could make caramel apples and package them up to give away as prizes to our costume contest at the halloween party me and the roomie are having next week. Thanks for the inspiration!

Yummmm!! These look de-LISH. There is a place in North Bend, WA (about 45 minutes from where I live) that makes a place gourmet caramel apples.

Yay, Sweets! I've had my eye on this post for such a very long time... We're trying to clear out our pantry before we move, so I FINALLY made the popcorn balls. I scaled WAY down, as this was just a test, and instead of the water, I used vanilla bean paste, and I added in a few shakes of salt. These were a tad too sweet (even for me!) but still delicious. I've never had popcorn balls before, but apparently I love 'em Smiley I even made them pretty like yours!

BTW, when I was telling my husband about these popcorn balls, I mentioned you as my "craftster mentor" hahaha
