Okay, so I have a thing for magnetic poetry (http://flickr.com/search/?q=magnetic+poetry). I see it on someones fridge, and I just can't resist. Not only does it provide endless amusement (I joke), but it's super fun, cheap & easy to make a set. It's also very easy to tailor the words to fit someones interests/personality, so we suggest themes to our partner.

A couple of how-tos, even though it's awfully self explanatory:

I have been obsessed with this since it was little, but have never been willing to pay $30 for the official versions.

I would DEFINATELY do this if it's within the next month or so. I'll be leaving the country then. THis would be great even if it was a small scale swap. Don't be detered that people didn't comment!

I would LOVE to do this, as well!! Ditto the last comment on price keeping me from buying a set- it'd be so much better to make your own/one for someone else! I also won't be available to swap starting in May, as grad school will then own my life  Tongue

Oh yeah!  I would love to be part of this.  Right now, I'm almost ready to mail the package in my first swap, so the timing should be about right for me to participate.  I'll be watching for it.

This could be neat. If we could add a theme for our partner to follow that'd be even better. Also, perhaps a minimum amount of words would be helpful.

I'll keep an eye out for it and hopefully it comes up at a time when I'm available! Smiley
