Ok, I seriously think this is a record for me. On Sunday I decided to make my Great Aunt a lap quilt for her birthday (which was yesterday - Wednesday). I bought the fabric and finished piecing the top that evening, and I finished all the sewing on Tuesday night.

The full shot:

The foot pocket on the back to keep her toes nice and warm:

The label I almost forgot to add!

My Aunt loved it! Her favorite detail were the names of the whole family and all of her closest friends which I had snuck into the quilting.

This is the first time I've seen a foot pocket.  What a great idea!
The quilt is beautiful.
