 Grin

It all started with the Pandopus.  Then I couldn't stop!

More illusive than the giant squid, happier than the fresh water dolphin, and quite possibly the only fish covered entirely with fur. The Pandopus is a mysterious crossbreed between a panda and an octopus. Scientists are baffled as to how this creature came about, because no panda has ever been recorded as being able to swim.
Nevertheless, this pandopus is being put up for adoption by the PCS (Pandopus Conservation Squad) in hopes that the Pandopus will find a good new home.

About 6 inches tall
Tentacles are 9 inches long

They're harmless.  Really.  Grin

The Octocorn!

Even more illusive than it's relative the unicorn, is the Octocorn. Only spotted once by a native, this mysterious sea creature is already gaining much popularity from those explorers out on a search for the newest, most mysterious creatures of the sea. The Octocorn is on its way to becoming as famous as sasquatch or the lochness monster.

About 8 inches tall including horn
Tentacles are 9 & 12 inches long

Monsh the Monstropus

The Monsh Monstropus is the only known species of Octopus to have evolved onto land. It is able to stand up on all it's tentacles and walk clumsily about. They are most at home in the trees, where they swing from limb to limb using their long tentacles to grab and swing. At night they wrap their tentacles around a tree trunk and around themselves and go to sleep. They feed mostly on moss and mud. They're called Monsh because of the noise they make while chewing on their food (monsh monsh monsh) Unfortunately, this is the last known Monsh Monstropus to date. They are easily picked out by their predators in the forest because of their bright blue color. It may be a helpful camoflauge in the ocean, but it is like a bright neon target in the forests. Please help this Monstropus find a good home!

8 inches tall
13 inch antlerspan
10 inch long tentacles

Mrink the Monstropus

This guy was a custom request so he didn't really have a life story.  Poor guy.

Makeet the Monstropus

7 inches tall
17 inch antlerspan
10 inch long tentacles

The monstropi are a highly evolved form of the octopus. In addition to being swimmers, they can also walk on land whenever they choose. In fact, they almost always choose land. They love to climb trees, and will go from limb to limb, using their long tentacles to grab and swing. Monstropi are easy to spot, even at night, because they almost always come in unusual colors that make them stand out against their background. Many animals are so taken back and confused by these creatures that most predators just leave them alone.

Monkit the Monstropus  (my favorite Grin)

7 inches tall
11 inch antlerspan
12 inch long tentacles

Wanted to do this since I made the very first Octo-creature.  Finally snapped some pictures yesterday. Grin

Scary-cute (the best kind of cute).  I too love monkit.  His horns came out really well.  Love the little spots - that detail adds the the authenticity.  The fuzzy brown punk rocker is awesome in a sock as well =)

My sister would absolutely die for the Pandopus!
She randomly came up with the idea and I made her a poly clay charm, but yours is so much better! Cheesy
