I saw this beautiful costume while browsing through Flikr. Someone took a picture from a Con and I have no idea who this character is supposed to be. Obviously, I'm not a Con-goer, but I am in love with this outfit! The title says something like "Aurora Blaze." Love the saphire blue and peacock feathers. I want to know if there are any other pictures of the character that I can use for reference. Anyone know who this is character? Sorry, I've looked for hours and can't find the photo on Flikr now! Please help. Craftsters to the rescue!

edit* duh, I can just post the pic from photo hosting! Here it is, unfortunately I still can't find it on Flickr:

It looks like Aurora Blaze is just her stage name, and nothing to do with her costume. I've found other photos of her on google just by searching for Aurora Blaze, and she looks like she's wearing the same things.

All I can think of is Modesty Blaise, but the costume doesn't fit that.

Sorry I can't be of much more help.

Rather than a specific cosplay character, she may be in costume for larp or something.

Thanks for the suggestions. I messaged her myspace, but I've yet to get a response. The peacock thing is a good idea, though.

Looks like Nicole Kidman in Moulin Rouge. She doesn't wear one like that in the movie, but it totally fits.

LOL this is an OLD thread but I found it while looking for moulin rouge goodies! Cheesy

The person in that picture is me.  I made the costume & it's not a replica of anything; I wear it for one of my burlesque routines. Cheesy
