Giant Octopus....
Pretty much my first go at emroidery, i only know the one stitch so its all done in that... and its pretty huge, took me three days but i'm really proud now that its done, i;m thinking of selling it, what seafood chef wouldnt want an octopus apron??






Bit of a close up Tongue


The design is based of thisglass octopus i saw when i was browsing around one day, cant remeber where it was from i just thought it looked pretty cool!

Wow!  I love the apparent simplicity of this but when you show it up close you can see it's not quite so simple.  Well done!!  It looks great on the black too!!

I like that it looks like a real octopus and the tentacle behind its head adds to the illusion of forward motion. Beautifully done.

So cool. If octopi... octopuses... more than one octupus ever had a need for mp3 players, he could so do a commercial! He looks like he belongs in one, since it has the clean lines and everything.
I really like how organic it feels. Its like its floating in water and his tentacles are swirling around... perfect!
