WOW! That exact rabbit is in my house! I received it from Tanzie in a swap AGES ago. I saw the photo and was like, hmmmm that is MY bunny!! If Tanzie was the one to give you the pattern I can say this.... She is one super busy chick as of now. i am sure she will get to it. She's a gal of her word

This pattern would be a pretty close match.  Just add a mohawk and change the colors.
