I get maybe 4 different phone books when they publish new ones (I've tried to cancel 2 of them to no avail). They usually come with magnets. I made them more me. I'm currently working on my entire apartment to be recycled fully. This is just a minor thing I did.

The disclaimer: It's a band that I put on my fridge, not the plant.

I laughed at my mom when she started doing this, but look who's laughing now!  Cheesy I *need* to get a hold of some magnets!  Grin

It seems that different people have an idea of what I am, and what I should be. And then there's me.

They are really ugly to look at and my husband has tons of stickers. Currently, we're slowly taking all of the bumper stickers off of his car (these are extremely rare stickers) and doing those like these. I had a few Guitar Hero stickers that I made into magnets and a few stickers from Revolver Magazine that were made into stickers but I can't seem to find those.

Call the Heavy Hitter!

You can also totally just paint these with acrylic paints, then coat with clear acrylic sealer.  Just be aware that the paint will inevitably crackle as you pull the magnet off the fridge.  Which looks fab.
I did some with gold paint and a paisley over it.  The crackle gives it a cool finish.
