My walmart has ZERO knitting books and I never saw it in Michael's. I saw it on sale on Joann.com.... maybe they sell it in store (but I've never seen it there either) I got mine at Barnes&Noble.
Good luck, it's a great book!

Try your local independent bookstore or LYS.

I've seen it at pretty much every major bookstore I've been in, most recently Barnes & Noble.

jubjub was referring to your local yarn store (LYS) or a local book store that isn't a chain. Unfortunately, the closest yarn store near me is way too snooty to carry SnB!
your walmart has a yarn sale every saturday??

You could order it online at amazon, chapters, etc and have it delivered straight to you instead of going an hour or so away - also if you have a library close by they probably have a copy ----- I love that I can "test drive" the books I am interested in first for free for a month.....not that you have to with SNB....
